Flooring (we can't play on wet grass!)

Musicians can’t perform in direct rain or heavy wind—even light moisture risks damaging instruments. A small pop-up tent, umbrella cover, or gazebo can be the difference between live music and silence.
Tip: Transparent or white tents keep it elegant and photo-friendly.
3. Plan for Power Access If Using Amplification
For outdoor receptions or amplified duos, ensure there's access to a safe, grounded outlet. Extension cords and surge protectors should be weather-rated if rain is in the forecast.
