Hello there and welcome to the official Uptown Strings Website!I’m Darcy Stamp, the artistic director of Uptown Strings, and it’s an honor to announce our official launch. In addition to exploring our website, our future and current clients can now view our new Uptown blog series, which will share updates and news surrounding our players, performances, and much more!

Uptown Strings is a collective of Canada’s finest string players who are currently serving the wedding and event industry in the Calgary, Banff/Lake Louise, and Greater Toronto area. We provide high-quality performances in the following configurations: Solo Violin/Cello, Violin & Guitar Duo, Jazz Trio, String Trio, and String Quartet. With a large and growing repertoire of classical and pop songs, our clients are able to focus on choosing their group size and style without compromising a great selection of music!
